We've stayed here quite a few times and Michael Gibson (hotel Manager) has always upgraded us (Accor member) to better apartments or penthouse, thank you. The room compliments, welcome drinks are always appreciated. Hotel is conveniently located close to all amenities and beach Always our first choice holiday destination.

My room was very clean, new and the beds and linen very comfortable for the price I paid peak season was exceptional value for money. I booked a superior one bedroom Seaview apartment. I can’t fault the cleanliness. If you are looking to check in early at peak season this won’t happen, it’s busy, large and services the Sebel also. This place has two towers, so the mantra building itself you won’t get street access from your apartment, you have to walk a fair way to access the main doors. Once you check in and know where your car is you can transition straight to that car park from the lifts but there is a bit of walk if your walking our the door. The pool can be used by both towers and neighbouring properties. We haven’t wanted to swim there due to how busy it is in peak time and with beaches only a street away it’s nicer there but that can be expected. The adjoining properties get their bins collected every night at 4.30am this noise lasts for 10 minutes and will wake you up, I did speak to the reception on this but it’s a highly noted issue that they cannot sort out with the NSW side so that’s just something that really should be noted. It’s extremely loud and we are on floor 10 you will wake up. Other than that rooms are quiet and peaceful. Aside from that the staff are pleasant and helpful and if you book the same room very clean. We were on 1043.

We had an Army Reunion with around 55 friends....generally the 4 days went well, the staff were great and the functions we had there were very well received by our group. The food was delightful and they catered for things that cropped up unexpectedly really well. We will be back.

No recomiendo el hotel ya que el servicio pésimo, no hay servicio en las noches, habitación sucia en las sabanas manchadas, solicitamos que cambiaran la ropa de cama y no lo hicieron. No recomendado. El internet es ilimitado solo un Giga por dia y si necesitas mas debes de pagar arriba de $25 por día! Las habitaciones no le hacen limpieza diaria solo semanal. Así que debes de limpiar tu ls habitaciones.

Habitación funcional, con buen aire acondicionado, la cama con buen colchón pero King size de dos camas juntas, tv plana, facilidades para te , café, nevera microondas, fregadero. Terraza bien, las sillas tienen que renovarlas. Le hace falta una manita de pintura a la habitación. La limpieza la hacían tarde, sobre las 1700 La recepción no atiende al teléfono. Estuve en la segunda torre, mucho pasillo ya que no existe servicio de maleteros. Wifi en el Lobby bien. El desayuno buffet muy bien, aunque no está incluido en el precio de la habitación. Las piscinas bien, una de ellas cubierta, el gimnasio bien. Requerimos previamente un piso alto, nos dieron un quinto sobre quince plantas. Solicitamos vistas al mar y las tuvimos. Lo consideraría un 4 estrellas menos.
