Make sure to verify everything with the seller upfront to avoid facing similar challenges. This experience has left me disappointed with Alibaba’s handling of disputes, and I encourage others to be cautious when considering purchases on the platform.

Alibaba company needs to employ professional staff that can deal with disputes between the supplier and buyers. I had a recent problem with a supplier who manufactured bed sets for my company full of mistakes and when we told him to remedy his production mistakes, he requested more money. Our supported evidence to our claim for money refund, Alibaba lady dealing with the disputes too the supplier sides and closed the dispute case. This kind of act discourage my company to do business in Alibaba platform.
