Buggy

Hope you can fix your app. There’s an issue to log in on my account and the error was (Missing Required Parameter: password) even though password was already typed on the dialog box. Better fix your application.

Still buggy

Been trying to phone and contact support to no avail. Cannot use any of the vouchers without a hundred error messages popping up. Disappointing.

Update:
Haven’t tried their phone lines or email again but the latest update not only solved my previous issue but also gave me additional vouchers to use with the same vendor. Not sure if these options were always available or were an upgrade from the recent update.

Very Bad don’t add money

Take care, everyone. Don’t top up your money there. I recharged an amount, but I couldn’t use it for more than 20 days. There was no support to help resolve the issue. They asked me to send an email, but I never received a reply. Even when I called them, there was no solution or useful information. They held my money for almost a month—imagine how many people are in the same situation and how much they’re collecting in total over a month!

All they say is, ‘Sorry, we’re facing a system issue.’ Even when they finally fixed the issue, they didn’t notify me, call to apologize, or offer any compensation
