The TAMM application is a one-stop platform providing direct access to all services offered by the Abu Dhabi Government. Whether you're a citizen, resident, business owner, or visitor, TAMM allows you to apply for services online, interact with customer support, and track your applications - all in one place.

The app provides direct access to a wide range of services provided by various Abu Dhabi Government entities, including Abu Dhabi Police, Abu Dhabi Municipality, Department of Energy, Department of Health, Department of Economic Development, Integrated Transport Center, and more.
• Payment of utility bills (ADNOC, Etisalat, Du, AADC, ADDC), traffic fines, Mawaqif parking, and tollgates
• Medical appointments and healthcare services
• Housing, property, and residency services
• Work, employment, and business licenses
• Entertainment, events, and tourism services

Users can choose from a range of payment methods, such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, credit/debit cards, or the TAMM Wallet, to suit their preferences.
Through the TAMM AI Assistant, users can receive personalised, real-time guidance for Abu Dhabi Government services, apply for services, ask questions, and visualise your data with interactive charts and tables.

TAMM Spaces offer a convenient way to explore tailored areas that organise relevant services, personal data, recommended actions, and key information on topics such as housing, business, or healthcare, ensuring everything you need is at your fingertips.

I’m usingTamm regularly for all my payments and services I love the new design but I hope we get more options for not only government things but also some Other daily use things in Abu Dhabi like event tickets or store purchase

Incompetent team

I submitted my case regarding DOH license exam and they took more than 8 weeks wherever while submitting the application only 1 week time was given. I requested to remove my old documents from Tamm app but after wasting 3 weeks time they close the case without resolving the issue. DOH license team is incompetent. They don’t bother to attend your call , don’t bother to resolve your case. They don’t bother how much your time is being wasted. They don’t allow you to visit their office . After call and call on daily basis and requested several times they never call back untill I file complaint against DOH. Tamm app and DOH team both wasted time and played with my issues like football from one court to another but couldn’t resolve the case. Worst experience ever have. Never recommended

Extremely incompetent workers

TAMM App and online is a Super incompetent service. Agents only knows how to close cases without properly resolving issues.
They don’t know how to troubleshoot. Doesn’t even know how to give proper instruction. Please hire competent people behind this app or other online services. Including those who answers call. Are they even tech support? They don’t even look at the case nor tell you how the process works. I mean, seriously. How did you hire these people? Entities lacks proper coordination especially when it comes to tech issue or errors. They will just keeps passing you from one to another as if you are a ball, until you waste money and time. Thanks
