I have used the app for my recent trip and I love it! Easy at use with offline access that helped me to enter lounge smoothly!

Worst app ever

Was just trying to walk into a lounge, but app telling me when I want to login via face identification : it’s been a long time you have logged in (by the way only 4 weeks) , so I put in all my credential , couldn’t remember password so pushed “forgot password “ button. Out of the be sudden my registered email added and member ship number can’t be recognized n anymore, so longe hostess recommends to reinstall app. Done but not dusted, again app couldn’t accept my email address: “ invalid email address” , since there is no more a “manual” check in I just went to the next restaurant. Nevertheless useless to mention why do we anyhow need this app? Before one swipe and all was good , bunch of idiots trying to create a super smart system that out smarts it self

Application has bugs

I have been emailing back and forth, trying to reenter my card. Apparently if you exceed the OTP limit of three times, you can not register your card anymore. I have been trying to register since 2nd of Oct. Since last week have started mailing for technical support on this issue and no response yet. Can’t believe the reason i am not benefiting the longue access is because of this application. Such a disappointment.
