perfect app for no traffic days !

I have been using this app for a while and there are several problems
I have been waiting for 20 minutes while it said the driver is 5 minutes away then all of sudden the driver went another road and parked and he texted me I can’t come its too much traffic ! this app has no respect for the time of the customer
second of all drivers can ditch you and the application gives the driver the rights to do so !
you may ask how ? if you pay via apple pay the driver shows up in wrong pickup location and Im talking about 10 minutes of walking wrong and when you cancel for this the app takes penalty from you because you can canceled !
third of all I have faced several times that my driver passed from me and the app said the driver reached my location but there was a passenger in the car and I paid penalty for this !
I mean this can happen and I have paid penalties several times I don’t care about the money but the time Im spending waiting and receiving no services and paying for nothing is the reason that I will never use this app and I strongly recommend you to not use it too
if you do always use cash payment method and although yango doesn't care but always report drivers who have these kind of attitude

being fooled and cheated

Outside of Coca Cola Arena, there are Yango areas with YANGO Flags and cars and employees (wearing Yango vest), she guided me into a car, and told me that they just need to put my phone number at the Driver’s App and there is meter in the car can calculate. No need customer to order from YANGO App, And I can pay by card or cash. The employee girl (wearing Yango shirt) talk with the driver said something about “good price”, i guess she means commission. When the driver reached destination, he stop the trip in his App (i actually don’t know which app he is using for calculating meters), it shows 110AED, me and my friend are very surprised, because normally we pay 50 for taxi or Uber, when we pay, our bank messages shows the merchant it’s another company name instead of Yango, and there is no messages about trip details sending to my phone number nor my YANGO App(i gave my YANGO account phone number to the driver, the driver put my phone number into the App). We felt that we have been cheated or scammed.
This is a serious issue. They are using YANGO to fool people. Maybe it’s not a scam, but i don’t have any trip details afterwards and why they even take my YANGO account phone number, and why the merchant is not YANGO after i paid by card. This is so confusing.

What’s wrong ?

Yango don’t make full refund if driver brought you to the wrong location. And this is typical situation if yango drivers don’t know where to go or how to find pick up location. Maybe something with the navigation, it works awful on yango.
Today I waited for the driver 10 minutes and he said that he didn’t receive my taxi request 😳😳 how does it work?
The only good point of yango is that you can pay by Russian card through the yandex app.
