Գլովոն ունեցել է խնդիր եւ ինձ վրա գրանցվել է 2 պատվեր 1-ի փոխարեն։ 2-րդ պատվերը չվերցրեցի ու 1 րոպե անց իմձ զանգեցին ըւ ասեցին որ իրենց չի հետաքրքրում ում սխալն է եւ չվերցնելու դեպքում վրաս պարտք կմնա։
У Glovo возникла проблема и на меня было оформлено 2 заказа вместо 1. 2-й заказ я не взял и через 1 минуту мне позвонили и сказали, что им все равно, чья это вина и если я не возьму, у меня будет долг.
Glovo had a problem and 2 orders were registered on me instead of 1. I didn't take the 2nd order and after 1 minute they called me and said that they don't care whose fault it is and if I don't take it, I will have a debt.
This company is garbage
Never use this app to order food. Their incompetence and irresponsibility will annoy you so much. First of all the food they deliver is alwasys cold. if you do not have a microwave around you then you will be forced to eat cold pizza or burger or something else. But beside that the descripition about the meals they write does not comply to the reality. I ordered a burger where there was no mentioning about cheese and mayo, which I do not consume. They delivered a burger with cheese and mayo. After I told that to the customer support they told me thats my fault and I Should have mentioned that in the allergies section but in the composition there is no cheese or mayo so why should i mention that in the allergies section. They didn’t even say sorry or tried to do something about that. The customer support of this company is zero. I deleted the app right away and will never use it again. These people are full of crap. I use yandex eats now. It is way better so far
Unfriendly way of contacting support
The way that contacting support is implemented is so unfriendly. In order to contact a support specialist, you have to go through a whole labyrinth of UI and even then the specialists are very keen to end the conversation, often without making sure that your issue was resolved and sending pre-composed text messages non-stop. I appreciate that you always admit your issues, and also the bonuses that I get in the case of such issues, but after such unpleasant and poor instances of interaction when contacting support, it feels like you are just throwing money at me 'to just shut up.' The app is good overall (I appreciate the new Armenian font too!), but this kind of bot-like support system is so contemptible for me that I have to give you 1 star; sorry not sorry!
