Disappointed

I have been a loyal player for almost 2 years and have often bought crystals - the game currency for real money. Two weeks ago I was granted 100,000 crystals by chance, so I used a part of the sum to develop my island. A few hours later I recieved a message that it was a mistake by a developer the game said & they took back all the crystals left. It was a fair decision, so I did not mind. But today the game developers destroyed and zeroed all the achievents I had (not only those gained by the crystals, but also quantum power station quest achievemnts which I worked hard on, spent time and made efforts for these two weeks). They vanished all the enthusiasm I had for the game. So I was fully disappointed and delated the game app once and forever!

Hello! Unfortunately, rolling the progress back was the only way to make things fair to all players after the error with crystals. We have to admit that tasks, quest etc have to be redone now. And Resources have to be collected again. We have sent to all players the purchases they had made since 30 June and compensation with many valuable resources.
