There’s possibly to add many accounts to be managed in one app and it’s really great. But at the same time after each upgrade all accounts except for the account associated with a phone, disappear and need to be added manually again and again. It’s really annoying. The issue is in the app for a long period and hasn’t fixed yet

In Belarus, A1 is definitely the first option for a sim, but unfortunately the company has tactics that basically wants the customer to spend more and more money without any prior notice.
Our internet services become unbearably slow when there’s a new offer out which forces us to switch to a different plan. Each plan comes with unwanted charges and fees such as the «мелофон» option which is useless and cuts balance everyday and there’s no way of switching it off.
But compared to other lines, A1 is pretty good. We just gotta bear with the inconveniences. The app itself is pretty good, although they don’t really provide any information that’s useful in English even when the language setting is set to English (you only get the English version of what to click, the information you want is all in Russian)

The application crashing while trying to scan passport. The function of transferring the number from the other operator to A1 is not working because of this crash. Device: iPhone 13 Pro Max
