Swim workout timeline
・ Display all swim training according to the timeline, and you can view data such as swim distance, duration, swim speed, equipment, etc.
・ Possibility to switch the display view of the home page and choose to display swim training by week or by month.

Detailed analysis of swim training data
・Single swim detail page, in-depth analysis of single training data, calculation of Swolf Score (indicating swimming efficiency), average time, rest time and other data, with heart rate intuitive graphical display of the stroke efficiency of each training period.

Data summary analysis
・ Best results display, summarize historical swimming records, calculate and display the best swimming results, including the longest swimming distance, swimming time, swimming speed, energy burned, etc.
・ Comprehensive analysis page, through Heatmap intuitive display of the past daily swimming training intensity, summary statistics of swimming distance, length, stroke rate.

Data and safety
・SwimOK directly reads data from the Apple Health app for display and analysis, all data is only stored locally on the running device, SwimOK will not share your private data in any form.
・SwimOK requires device authorization for health permissions (including: physical training, swim distance, stroke count, heart rate).
・It is recommended to use Apple Watch to track swim training data for a more complete usage experience.
