Doesn’t work, don’t buy this sh…t.
Does not work with Apple Watch.
Does not work with Apple Watch (series 3), which was why I bought it. Will ask for refund.

Hello,
please check if you have the side button for ringing on and the volume set on. Both applications must be turned on in order to play audio on iPhone from your watch. The application in the background does not play the sound.
If the complications persist, try delete and reinstall the application. Eventually, restart your iPhone and also watch.
Does not work properly on Watch
I can't tap the same bell twice on Watch…I must switch the bell sound between two consequent rings. It's a bit unfortunate, kids will start asking why we have 2 bell sounds when we have only one bell :/
