I am addicted :)
I love this game— playing it for over a year. I tired many different ones, but this is my big favourite. You have to use your brain, yet it is good relaxation, I appreciate no adds and disruptions.
I love the new feature of the extra game that was added recently with collecting/converting items to get extra bonuses.
It is true that if you are addicted, you sometime spend some money for boosters, but I managed to play for many months without spending any, just playing few minutes daily and if it is hard game, sometimes it took me few days to crack it or earn enough free boosters to crack it.
Now I do not mind spending few euro per month to have fun.
Thanks to the developers! Maybe you could give more free boosters to keep people interested in the game if they do not want to feel pushed to pay to play.

Accused wrongly from cheating
I liked the game, the support was also very helpful in the beginning when I encountered some bugs (I was given some compensation as well). Then, I wasn’t able to take part in the latest event (Film Festival) since the icon was simply not there on my screen. Spent 3 days on chat with the support (you always get answers from a different person as they pass the issue, so, nobody had the history of my problem, I sent screenshots over and over and explained my issue…). The icon finally appeared, so, I was letting the support know and asking for a chance of some compensation since I was losing points over the days and instead of helping me I was WRONGLY ACCUSED of manually changing the date and time on my device and that is the reason for the late start of the event on my device. Absolutely impossible, there was no time or date change on my device, I reached for help and instead I was given a warning that my account could be blocked. I think this attitude is unacceptable toward players especially when I invested some money in that game. The time zone problem is nonsense because (and the support knows that) a part of the event appeared on my device (the reward section) but not the event itself. I am sad about this attitude, won’t invest a penny in this game anymore and considering uninstalling it.

Level 4398
Level 4398 is not working properly. When playing on iPhone it keeps glitching. Shutting down the whole game is the only way possible. Fish to move the bear forward and keys to unlock locks. Impossible to complete. However on iPad level 4398 works fine and doesn’t have keys unlocking padlocks at all and it’s possible to complete.
