Long waiting time
Everytime i order on app if im driving to mcdonalds, theres 10 minute timeline if u dont get your order its canceled and no money back But somehow when i arrive my food takes always like 30minutes to make. On the screen are like 040s if my number was 020, they like dont look mobile orders or i dont understand, if im using drive in i get fast service, if im using app its slow and my food is never done. 3 orders so far thru app and all times like 25-35min waiting, if theres 5 cars i get faster
Sounds good, but absolute garbage in real life
Only allows to pay with credit card online. No way to put everything to cart to avoid this usual horrible experience of talking to people who know only 1 language and cannot hear what you want to order even from fifth time. I want a sleek experience: put stuff in a cart, scan the cart at drive-in area along with bonuses and then pay/
pick up order at the place. Can’t believe it’s so hard to implement.
Full of bugs
You are trying to scan QR-code? No way, app will show that coupon is used but there will be nothing on the order screen. You decided to pay in the app instead? Be careful, if somebody calls you and connection disappears for a sec, the coupon will be used, but order is empty. Probably will go to Burger King.
