Vain 4 ateriaa päivässä
Todella hyvä käyttöliittymä ja laajalti ruokia listassa. Sovelluksessa on kuitenkin vain neljä ateriaa päivässä viiden sijaan. Kaipaisin erikseen aamupalan, lounaan, välipalan, päivällisen ja iltapalan, jotta saisin merkattua realistisemmin päivän syömiset! :)
Parannettavaa olisi
Perustoiminta sinänsä ok, ruokatietokanta tuntuu olevan laaja ja pienellä vaivalla saa puuttuvia lisättyä, samoin vakioaterioiden lisäysmahdollisuus perussettiä.
Mutta, parannettavaa olisi
- erikoisin puute on, että päivän aterioita on vain kolme (aamiainen, lounas ja illallinen), loput vain yhden välipalat-otsikon alla -> päivän kalori- ym. jakaumasuositukset auttamatta ”väärin” sovelluksen mielestä, kun välipalat painottuu aivan liikaa. Varsinkin laihduttaessa suositushan on, että aterioita olisi tasaisesti pitkin päivää eli vähintään pitäisi olla iltapäivän välipalalle ja ILTApalalle omat paikat! Miksi näitä päivän ateriakertoja ei voisi vaikka sitten itse muokata, jos ei niitä vakiona ole?
- analyyseistä / päivän ruokailun tarkemmista tiedoista puuttuvat tiedot vitamiineista ja hivenaineista (PRO-versiollakin), vaikka ne saa ruoka-aineiden tietoihin tallennettua? Tämä oli iso pettymys, koska itseäni kiinnostaa erityisesti esim. raudan riittävä saanti.
- aktiivisuustietojen tuonti kolmannen osapuolen sovelluksesta selvästi yläkanttiin päivän kokonaiskalorimäärän tarpeen laskennassa, vaikka laitoin yazion omiin asetuksiin alhaisimman mahdollisen aktiivisuustason, jotta tuodut aktiivisuustiedot eivät nostaisi liikaa summaa. Heitto Polar flown ja yazion laskeman kokonaiskalorimäärän välillä melkein 300 kaloria.
- omiin asetuksiin ei voi tallentaa henkilökohtaista lepokulutusta, jos se sattuu olemaan tiedossa kehonkoostumusmittauksen perusteella
Epäluotettava ruokatietokanta
Appin valmiiksi tarjoamissa ravintosisältötiedoissa on virheitä, arvatenkin koska niitä voi lisätä kantaan kuka hyvänsä. Olisi parempi vaikka joutua lisäämään saman tien itse, eikä vasta kun huomaa virheen kannan tiedoissa. Samoin joistain ruoka-aineista löytyy useita versioita, eri tiedoilla (esim. avocado). Tyypillisesti kaikki syötävä on punnittava, harvoista tarjolla annoskokoja.
