Anthropologie 4+

Anthro is my fave shop of all time and I love all the products and find the app easy to use EXCEPT for the product reviews. It may show that there are 15 reviews for a product but on the app I just see the same couple of reviews repeated over and over again. It drives me mad because there’s no Anthro shop in Manchester, Uk, which means I’m reliant on others reviews to find out about whether a product will work for me. It’s been like this for years so really hoping it will get fixed in one of the updates soon!

Anthropologie remains my favourite shop. I live no where near any physical shops but visiting shops on holiday is a favourite occupation. I have been lucky enough to visit Edinburgh, London (Regent Street) , Palm Beech and Disney Springs. Of these my favourite is Regent street. I have been known to go missing for hours - there is no phone reception especially in the basement- please don’t change this- small piece of paradise xx

I wanted to return some items and although I chose to print my own label I stupidly didn’t check the printer work and of course it didn’t, however, the app would not let me change the option, I then spent half an hour trying to find where I could contact them to ask why.

Eventually found a contact email and to be fair they were really helpful but they had to reset my return page.

There is also nowhere that seems to show returns, so I will have to use my tracker on the email from the click and collect site. It has put me off using the site again.
