Good start!
Hey barq devs.
Just wanted to make one suggestion to make the app easier to use for all after having tested it for a day. I understand that the app is still in development, though, and I think it’s great so far. Please don’t take this as me complaining because it’s quite the opposite :) I’m super happy to have an app specifically for furries.
1. Notifications for messages. When someone adds you, messages you, likes your picture etc, there is no way of knowing unless you’re refreshing the app every 30 seconds. It would be great to at least have the user be notified whilst they’re outside of the barq app. This is especially because 9 times out of 10, the person i’m texting will request for us to speak on Discord instead.

In regards to the notification issue:
Prior 2.0.0 some people had issues with notifications, depending on phone model, iOS/Android version and settings.
Please download the newest version and try again.

Used to be better
Used to use the app to find friends but unfortunately it’s become a hookup app nowadays and is unironically full of creeps.
