It says 4+ and I have a brother that is four and he looked at it and he said exactly,”this is silly” and even though he is four I knew that I shouldn’t be on this Also I clicked on the stupid 3 day trial and I confirmed it and what did I get? Like a stupid 3 minute trial and in that 3 minutes there was like 20 stupid ads. I HATE IT!!!

Ok now I when I deleted it I decided to download it again and all u have to do is when it shows the paying thing u have to click restore then click the ❎ at the top. Then u upload or take a picture which will take ages because of the horrendously bad amount of ads then it will tell u that u look pretty which isn’t a lie and then it should give u ur match if it tells u to pay then idk what to do I just deleted it and downloaded it and try it again.
Just to let u know whenever you actually see the match, if u want to try again then u have to delete it and download it if u don’t want to pay. If you have paid then that’s fine but if not then do what I told u. So the app is 2 stars because it works in a way but too many ads.

This app is disgusting. It gave me the option of a free trial for three days so I decided to go for that as I was only going to use the app once and then planned to cancel the subscription immediately after. But it DID NOT LET ME. There was no option to do it. The button ‘subscription’ was broken, just didn’t work at all so there was no way of managing the free trial. I went on their support section and there was a contact email so I sent one, but straight away afterwards I got a reply from Apple’s Mail AI saying that their help email DID NOT EXIST and my email failed to send.

Luckily I went to delete the app and Apple has a thing where if you are subscribed to something on your iPhone and you delete it, you will get the option to manage and cancel this subscription.

Sorry to hear you are unsatisfied with the progress of the updates. I hope you can enjoy our app again in the future.
