Some Serious Issues Regarding the APP

1. Glad to hear the update on video rotation function, however it cannot be uploaded on my device, iPhone 15 pro max. Idk why.
2. Whatever the reason is, I cannot download more than 10 vids or a long vid. The app would crash immediately.
3. Regarding the downloaded vids, sometimes it appears nothing there and I need to wait a few seconds for them to reappear. And sometimes, I have downloaded the vids to my phone, but they appear to be downloaded and many times, it makes me to download the same thing many times.

I would really appreciate if your team can look at and fix the problems listed.

Adequate and very annoying

Come on DJI, your story modes are dreadful and so limited, GoPro’s is so much more comprehensive. I do not want your DJI logo on my creations and I want the option to turn off the Japanese text on a few of the story modes - for goodness sake they are lame. I don’t feel that I should be advertising your product on my own creations after paying £329 for the device - come on, you promised to let us turn off the logo and text on your forum ages ago - it should never have been there in the first place, it’s blatant advertising which is unwanted - we should be able to add our own logo! Love the product itself but dislike being forced to show your logo when using story mode. Also when using Osmo Mobile 3 why on earth can’t we shoot with a flat colour profile? It’s possible as FilmicPro does it. Also why no 2.7k mode?

Requires log in to restore sound

Should iPhone be turned off the Mimo album video clips lose audio as indeed do new recordings using the Pocket 2. The only way to correct this every time is to log off and log back into your DJI account! This is most inconvenient, making the use of the app a chore rather than a pleasure. Wasted so much time on this, returning the Pocket 2 for a refund!

You asked for more details;

No sound from Mimo app unless I disconnect, reconnect as above, or click on one of the ‘adverts’ contained in the app beforehand.

Tried resetting the iPhone, reinstalling the app, tried other iPhones and an iPad Pro all with the same results. Tried a replacement Pocket 2 still the same problem when connecting with the lightening connector.

In addition the Pocket 2 (new and replacement) would regularly disconnect from the Mimo app regardless of which iPhone was being used including a brand new XR. I even tried a DJI phone clip all to no avail. The only partial work around was to put the iPhone in airplane mode, a most unsatisfactory fix.

I have now returned the Pocket 2 for a refund having expended so much time on trying to overcome these problems. Hopefully these issues will be overcome at which time I will reconsider the situation.
