I subscribed for the whole year then nothing works unless I pay for everything again and again. I contacted you already and emailed the glam team. They keep telling me I have to wait until they fix the issues then suddenly they take away even my right for using the five free videos daily. It’s zero use for everything though I already paid. At the end they told me to contact apple for the refund. The subscription doesn’t even show up in the support page. So fishy. So deceptive and I don’t recommend anyone to ever subscribe for this nonsense. I paid. I should use for what I paid or a refund plz immediately. I just want to be refunded. That’s all. Keep it short and do it as any other decent app team do. Enough playing around. Don’t ever tell me to contact you because I already did and you’re still playing around with me and many others.

So I saw the ad which looked amazing. It made me download it, when I downloaded it, there was a couple items which said was for free so I wanted to try out, however absolutely nothing is for free. I would like to know what it is before committing to a whole year. I was going to pay for a whole year worth of subscription and I wouldn’t mind to pay extra for extra things but it just seems way too greedy and money grabbing and unfortunately lying that the couple items were for free. Absolutely nothing in this app is for free. there is not even a trial does absolutely nothing. I’m so glad I came here to see that I’m not the only one having an issue like this and there are people in here who have got the subscription and came across issues and not being helped. So it’s a delete for me.

The subscription also allows users to create up to 100 AI photos per day, get 50% more coins for high quality video processing and process videos up to 1 minute in high resolution.
