Great App but Notification symbol annoying
Love Wrbex makes MS Teams look like a toy, however, the only annoying thing is the notification dot that there is new messages etc does not clear from the screen which leads to keep checking and being disappointed there are no new messages… iOS 16 and 17 affected iPhone 12 & 15 same - please sort
Excellent collaboration tool
Overall Webex Teams is great, it provides so much more than Jabber and it’s cloud based. Glad that we can share gifs � Game changer!
There has been so much progression with this app over the past year, Features are flowing fast and Cisco are clearly putting a lot of effort to keep up with the rest of the industry. Keep up the good work! �
People need to realise there is more than one app for collaboration and meetings on the market
Unusable as is
Since a recent update the app is slow, crashes out constantly and will not connect calls you are trying to answer.
It will also occasionally just ring forever if the call is answered on another device, you have to swipe to answer the call on your phone which then loses the call from both devices simultaneously which is annoying to put it mildly.
Even if you get the app to open and stay open swapping between the call list and messaging is slow and unresponsive. I am hoping an update can fix this or the latest update can be rolled back as right now we cannot use it.
