Possible worst parking system app in the world

This is possibly the worst parking app and system in the world.
For a start, I cannot extend if the meter time has run out but I cannot extend the full time limit of the space if the time has not run out. Which genius think of that?
Then I cannot pay for the space if the time hasn’t run out - so if I park in a space that someone just left with time, I cannot pay for the space. I have to “extend” it which means I cannot then extend it again since you’re only allowed to extend it once.
Truly if I tried to design an app and system that would the the worst in the wield, I could not do better than this.

Poor system need further development

I can only extend my period when the meter still have some time from previous. I’ve called the centre but was replied I can’t extend the session remotely if I extend this session. I have worked over 20mins in front of the meter! Finally I can pay through the app as the remaining time had finished!
Besides, I have to extend until 10:14pm on Sunday night! Otherwise, until 9:59pm! Just 1min! If there’s police…! Why can’t the system set the time to pay until 10:00pm?
