Very convenient and cheaper options

Issue with address input

我嘗試在網頁版訂購，但因為地址輸入問題，已經致電到惠康查詢。客服建議我選擇預設地址，再清空購物車重新下單，但這並未解決問題。當我嘗試使用其他地址時，卻能繼續付款。之後我發了電子郵件給他們，他們建議我使用app購買，但他們並沒有打算修復網站問題。然而，即使我下載了app，仍然因為地址問題無法完成購買。這個app和客服服務都很差，他們無法幫助我，只是一再叫我嘗試其他方法。這根本是本身system的問題。如果是地址問題，建議大家不要浪費時間，去別的地方購買。 I tried to place an order on the website, but due to an address input issue, I called Wellcome for assistance. The customer service suggested that I select the default address, clear the shopping cart, and reorder, but this did not resolve the issue. When I tried using a different address, I was able to proceed with the payment. Later, I emailed them, and they advised me to use the app to make the purchase, but they did not intend to fix the website issue. However, even after downloading the app, I still couldn't complete the purchase due to the address problem. The app and customer service are both very poor; they couldn't help me and just kept asking me to try other methods. This is fundamentally a system issue. Do not waste your time on it if is it address issue.
