Disappointed. Bugs and glitch every where.
Firstly, payment error. Money is deducted but you can never knew whether you actually ordered. Insane. It happened multiple time. It also lagging every time I open, tons of error message pops up. I cannot imagine how bad is it.
There are also bunch of stupid childish game. What on Earth you expect? We, adults, want to spend time to play such nonsense games on a underdeveloped app? You cannot even make your ordering function smooth.
Thirdly, what’s wrong with your coupon system. Most of the coupon are not even conflicting but you force me to use it in two separate orders. Do you know how inconvenient it is? I actually paid for coffee coupons, but when I want to buy few more for my friends, it forced me to order 3 times. I was embarrassed in the counter.

The McDonald's iPhone app has a very poor user interface. The app's organization and labeling are confusing, making it difficult to navigate. Users frequently encounter errors when attempting to use the app.

A major issue is that the app often automatically selects the wrong McDonald's location, undermining the purpose of using the app to order from a distant restaurant. Users are unable to purchase items from locations that are far away, negating the convenience of mobile ordering.

Another problem is the lack of displaying individual item prices within the app. This makes it challenging for users to accurately calculate the total cost of their order.

Overall, the McDonald's iPhone app provides a frustrating user experience. The disorganized layout, technical glitches, location detection issues, and missing pricing information all contribute to making the app cumbersome and ineffective. Significant improvements are needed to the app's design and functionality to provide a seamless ordering experience for customers.

I thought the previous version was bad enough but this new version is even more eye opening. The user interface is poorly designed. The app is not user-friendly at all. Why making it so complicated for users??
I am someone who always reads instructions with great detail, but I often find it very difficult to find what I want from the “menu”. And McDonald is supposed to be a restaurant for people of all walks of life?!
And for so many times this app doesn’t work at all. As I am typing this review, the app shows a message that the app is not available for use. Why??? I hate this app.
