Silly system
My mom’s new IPhone is having trouble. It keeps shutting down. She can only get help by making an appointment through this App. BUT HER PHONE IS NOT WORKING. So I have to make the appointment and go with her after I get out of work one evening because only the person making the Appointment can show up. Terrible system. Did someone think this through? Also, had to reschedule because of my two year old. Couldn’t do it on the App.
Cannot solve my problems and so frustrating
My phone was brought from online store, I though it’s more convenience but the result is when ur phone having any problems, u have no ways to solve it . Retail store all unwilling to help .
My new phone is keeping overheating, i thought to refund or replace a new phone but retail store refers me to online support ! However I wait for too long for get the online store reply and turns out my request is suddenly got rejected! Cannot replace a new phone .
This is ridiculous that I purchased a problem phone and cannot refund or replace. It also due to their miscommunications delays my request and overtime for the processing period that rejected my case.
Apple denied access for no reason
That was my problem for 3 humours could not get into my phone, although support did give me some advice that may help, Apple doesn’t know why it happened, it came back on after the alarm went off. I hope it doesn’t happen again
