Buy&Ship is a great service

B&S is one of the leading services to buy from the US and Japan and ship into Asia

The company also has a good proxy buying service that especially helps with those shopping sites in Japan/US/Korea where it’s hard to buy when you are outside the country and don’t have their credit card

Core functionality too hidden after update

The main purpose of this app is to declare and track your shipments. Instead, there are some random products other people bought on the main app page and you need to click through several menus to reach declaration and tracking. It’s not user friendly and confusing. Please consider use-ability over advertising, it’s already a reason this app cannot be used with notifications on; constant notifications about random products no one cares about.

Don’t let this turn into an abomination like the hktvmall app. Please consider your users 🙏🏼

great forward shipping service

its great if u have something u want to buy from overseas and ship to HK, I use it mainly for things in the US which does not provide forward shipping to HK. also great for taking advantage of price differences and selection cross border.
