Expensive hardware but poor quality software built

Always encounter connection failure that you may switch on and off your leica camera for a few times until it is connected, but the app doesn’t keep your iPhone unlock when ur transferring photos to your mobile and the connection failed again when ur iPhone got auto-locked….super non-user-friendly app that I have ever used…is this supposed to be the luxurious user experience that I shall be experiencing for paying over us$3000 for the camera!???

App doesn’t load since ‘update’

I can no longer open this app, which I was enjoying using for a long time. The startup screen is black, but remains that way until I close the app again. It doesn’t work, no matter how many times I close and restart the app. Please do another update, as I miss transferring my photos to my phone - which I use for my work as am a photojournalist. Thanks
