Now I can open the app once again

Not able to track my order

Downloaded the apps, couldn’t track my order and from the day I placed my order until now, it’s been 2 weeks passed. The items are not delivered yet, tried to leave a message through “Shop” app and sent several emails, couldn’t get any response.
