Problem
I can’t get my points as I haven’t got Facebook account and I can’t log in with my e-mail. It says: connection error. Please help me to solve this problem.
Saving issue
This game been going for years and you can sign up with Facebook or Apple ID and save your games … but it doesn’t even save anything. If you delete the game then restart the game you will lose all of your items and lvls.
Then even if you asking help from the game support they will just tell you to delete the game again and things which is useless …
And then if nothing works they will ask you to write an other e-mail and this circle goes all over again ! So basically they can not even help you out with everything!!!
The bouncing candies are stressful
It seem the developer company STILL does not give a sh/t about the bouncing candy feedbacks...From time to time I install then remove the game, because I want to see if I can disable the next-move suggestions (bouncing candies) and - unfortunately - we still can’t switch off this constant visual disturbance...Where is the promised relaxation? The players are constantly being nagged by the bouncing candies, it’s impossible to focus, and relax. Game removed again. Maybe in a few years...
