Sometimes, cooking or heading out to a restaurant just isn’t in the cards. Deliveroo makes those moments far more memorable by delivering meals from places that don’t normally do that. The quick, clean interface makes it super-easy to find nearby burgers, sushi—whatever’s calling your name—and then place an order. We particularly love how the real-time updates on the driver’s progress tell us exactly when you'll get to satisfy that appetite.
Same mistake over & over!
Every burrito bowl is different yet the order I placed is the exact same each time. I’ve even started writing in the allergy notes to make sure they don’t forget guacamole & sour cream. This time, I didn’t leave a note, there’s hardly any guacamole and no sour cream. This may seem like a small issue but I honestly do not like eating your burritos without them. I can’t understand how it happens each time when it’s mentioned on the receipt. Your staff are not following correct procedures.
I really love boojum but this keeps happening and there is absolutely no consistency in the burritos I’ve received.
I’d recommend eating in the restaurant but the delivery orders are a big problem.
It reminds me of Starbucks now, the first location opened and everyone was raving about it, but now, too many locations and the quality has begun to slide. I’m not ordering again because of this reason.
Horrible customer service
I’ve had two horrible experiences, so I have uninstalled the app and I honestly do not recommend it to anyone. First, the deliverer simply left my order in another house, which I was able to follow as I saw on the tracking page. I was not able to call him and he did not try to call me. Deliveroo’s solution: to give me my money back without giving me the chance to complain and without asking me for further information. Second, my order was being delivered by the restaurant and it was taking two hours without any updates. When I tried calling the restaurant I got a message saying they couldn’t answer. On deliveroo the restaurant was already closed. Customer support could only tell me that the order was active and that they couldn’t reach the restaurant and I should wait and if there was something wrong WHEN delivered I should contact them. Two hours we were waiting, on a Wednesday night, having to wake up early the next day. Deliveroo had the nerve to credit me with €3.81 for my inconvenience. Seriously?? My inconvenience is worth €3.81?? Apparently us being hungry and tired after a workday waiting so long for our food is just an inconvenience. There’s no accountability for our stress and and being extremely upset. I would not recommend anyone go through such experience. Use ubereats and justeat. You deserve better.
