Good App
"I've made several purchases on Temu, and so far, I've always had good results. Efficient delivery, fair prices, and products that are always as expected—some are excellent, and others, as anticipated, not so much. However, the prices are always very competitive. The app works very well. The only suggestion I would have is regarding refunds in case the product or supplier fails to deliver. Adding credits sometimes forces me to make a purchase to avoid leaving money in my account. However, this doesn't happen often—only once out of seven purchases in my case. Overall, I like the app, and Temu offers excellent products within their niche. My rating is 9/10."
1st time using this app
Delivery took longer than expected - was awarded points or something as an apology but they expired before I seen the email as it was in my spam folder. All a bit confusing & stressful with the clock/countdown, that’s not how I like to shop. If I get interrupted, I may have to exit & return again later when I have a quiet moment to myself. I don’t like the pressure of or understand to be honest expiring points, spin this, win that… It’s a bit off putting & I may just return to shopping elsewhere where it’s less complicated! However, if all this is your thing, everything arrived well packaged, without too much wasteful packaging & in perfect condition! I was kept updated by email. All that said I braced the countdown clock & am currently awaiting another delivery… I’ll keep you posted! I’m addicted to the lovely jewellery💕
Temu strives to deliver a good experience
I have ordered goods twice from Temu. They do their best to live up to their ‘mission statement’. Not everything I have purchased however is of quality but there are good products to be found as I found out when I purchased the foldable 3-in-1 wireless charger. I also discovered they have a good after-sales service. Complaints are taken seriously and (although a little slow) are dealt with eventually in person. There is also the added benefit to the customer to return goods for free for a refund. I haven’t as yet returned anything so I can’t comment on this. I have to return a few items I purchased recently, so I will see how that is processed and I will come back to tell you about my experience. Bottom line, TEMU is legit.
