Pack paid but not received

I bought a pack and I never received it, sent messages to the support but nothing till now!!!! Don’t buy pack it bugs. Game good though.

As many disappointments as promises

As much of a contradiction it can be, I must say that this is the best Saint Seiya game I have played. I started in January, but the clear money-only focus of the developer company got me giving up. Unlike the Chinese version, changes come in extremely fast. You can’t even enjoy a new character as it gets obsolete within one week. If you don’t cash in to grow your account, you’ll just bear frustration of getting beaten over and over again in both PVP and PVE. Drop rates are so low that only big cash players do enjoy the game. Instead on building a community that will naturally start putting the game in the long run, the dev team just pumps in new characters to get you spending. You contact them, they don’t reply. You suggest improvements, they don’t listen. They publish an FAQ of their choice and don’t give any consideration to concerns shared within the community of enthusiast players, who public share these on social media platforms. Only a drop in App and Play stores made them react months ago for minor improvements. Private sponsors (like Huawei and Amazon) are those doing the job of keeping the players in the game. I speak out of a lot of frustration and leaving a game I cherish. Doing repetitive farming for 3 to 4 hours a day is not rewarding anymore, and so is spending the money as I did. So try the game, but know when to leave before getting bitter.
