Getting better but still quite sluggish

Updates #1: the apps is getting better and a lot has been fixed compared to last review. But the app’s performance and devices connection are still unreliable. Hope that will be resolved soon. Hope to see that there are more refined control from Google Home.
Original: The Smart Control suddenly not working now at all. Only able to turn on and off. Unable to access the device page to have more control. The timer setting is buggy and not user friendly as you can’t set a schedule for a week in one step. Each pages loading is slow and buggy as most of the time it will retain the previous device instead. The only redeeming features is that the apps enable Google Home linkage to control but the controls are very limited. It would be better if it also enable Apple Home as this is an iOS apps.

Blank page is so disappointing

Encounter such problem while trying to book an aircond maintenance service. Proceed from Go Clean button then after a few pages it suddenly turned blank. Sometime at the date selection page, address page or the booking confirmation page. Such a disappointing and frustrating experience as i have to go through all over again. Didn't find other options available to book except via the apps. Please fix it.

Update Unavailable

I’ve been trying to update my inverter unit’s software for the last 2 years via the app. In between, I’ve called for service twice but they still couldn’t solve the leaking issue. For now, I know it leaks when it’s on auto but it doesn’t leak when it’s on sleeping mode of a fixed fan speed mode. I do believe the problem lies in between but if I can’t update the unit, there’s no way to prove my issue. I know management played a smart move but not allowing me to change to a brand new unit under warranty during my first service but it’s not as smart if the reputation of Daikin is tainted by unscrupulous tactics.
