Bad experience. I did not receive the email after clicking 'Forgot password'. I have tried a few times in the past few days, but the result is still the same. Without being able to log in, another alternative is to key in the account number. It seems silly; how can we remember the account number? If I have to refer to the bill anyway, I might as well just pay without using the app. I suggest you take cues from how the MyTNB app works—it's simple and easy to use.

It is not an upgrade but a simplified application use for mainly bill payment without able to see it check your bill. What most important are for users to keep their accounts saved in application without having to key in your account numbers every time. Some users have more than one account to deal with and do not have all the account numbers with them. By allowing users to save alll accounts numbers just like what TNB’s application, convenient users.

Apps keep responding invalid account number even after few times user key in correct account numbers… annoying and it is even worst than version 1.0 where you can only made a payment instead of checking the account details before do the payment..

Looks like the upgraded version not as good as user expectation. Please do some pre-study such as refer to other apps like mytnb, iwk which for me far better than SAJ apps…
