UOB TMRW Malaysia 4+

Under par UOB TMRW App ⁉️⁉️⁉️

The new UOB TMRW App is not user friendly at all, there are many areas for improvements.

We expect the UOB banking App to demonstrate state of the art quality, however, the information displaying on the App are so limited and confusing especially having multiple joint accounts, multiple foreign currency accounts, etc etc.

Respective joint account names and foreign currency names shall properly be displayed in order to facilitate banking transactions in an efficient & effective manner. Bank account numbers alone is definitely NOT sufficient and far from user friendly.

Furthermore, my unit trust unrealised gain/ loss have not been computed & displayed properly / correctly, data shown are very misleading. We are worried and It indeed has impacted our confidence as a client.

The previous Citigold App shall be referred in creating new UOB tmrw App we strongly suggest.

Please Add Apple Pay Support!

As a long-time UOB customer, I would love to see Apple Pay support added to your mobile banking app. Apple Pay is so convenient for making payments and transfers. With just a tap or glance at my iPhone or Apple Watch, I can instantly pay at stores, restaurants, and more. It's quick, easy, and secure.
Other major banks here have already adopted Apple Pay, so I hope UOB will follow suit. Adding Apple Pay would make your app and bank even more customer-friendly. Customers like myself want the flexibility to make mobile payments however we choose - be it credit/debit cards or Apple Pay.
I'm eagerly waiting for the day I can add my UOB cards to Apple Pay and fully utilize all of Apple's great payment features. Apple Pay support would be a big step forward for your app! Please consider adding this popular and standard mobile payment system soon. It would be greatly appreciated by many of your customers. Thank you!
