Reactivation
I tried this channel for the opportunity to watch the anime. Last one day ago, I subscribed then paid and everything went well. Unfortunately yesterday when I access this channel again they asked me to reactivate and i paid again! I am now thinking that I paid twice for monthly subscriptions! Then today, when I want to watch again on this channel, they are asking me to reactivate again and want me to pay??? Are you a scam??? I immediately deactivate my subscriptions!!! Ridiculous!!!

Needs more enhancements at different aspects
The platform is ok but needs enhancements in terms of reliability and connectivity. Also, options for content should be considered.
The connection to chrome cast is not reliable and should be enhanced. Good job starz play and keep the efforts to further enhance the platform.
