I recommend every one to start saving with them
No customer service - long processing time.
I was really excited about using Abyan due to their straightforward approach based on their application. However, it turns out that the processing time 3-5 business days just to deposit your money !
What makes everything even worse is that customer service is horrible. They have no hotline - only a chatbox and you have to wait for someone to answer. It literally took me around 3 hours for someone to reply to my inquiry. Therefore if you have any issues you literally cannot talk to anyone !
The idea of the app is great however it is highly “Not” recommended until they solve customer service issue and transfer processing times like other well known financial institutions.
