Useless app

I downloaded this app and tried to use their services . I had no idea how to use this things.... and i didnt know some stores although you can order from them . They are already closed. So i ordered last august 14 and mind you i havent received any item from them. And i was asking for a refund .... but behold its now september 11 almost 1 month and still no update whatsoever they keep saying its because i have used visa... but i have used other food ordering platforms and i usually receive my refund not long after my cancelled order.... they tried to contact me and told me about giving me some coupon for the trouble theyve cause me but they didnt even give me one like literally what is your customer care doing ??!! Are you really doing something for your customers???!!! If i can give a negative points ill really put one!!!!!

Dear customer, we apologize for what happened to you and we assure you that the customer service team really care about your issue which is a rare case, they followed up continuously with the payment service provider because the amount appeared to us on the platform as "refunded" on the same day of your order. The payment service provider has confirmed that it was refunded which means that we will never receive this payment. Anyways, we will provide you with the proof so you can contact your card issuer and claim your refund from them. In addition, the customer service team will call you back to make sure that your promo code is valid so you can enjoy a free discount.

Worst services with Saadeddin

Had a bad experience ordered from Saadeddin and eventually loss my money. Photos are different than what they actually give you. When I asked Saadeddin upon receiving order that why it’s different than the photos. They said we cannot give you as per photos. They said this is what we have. You take it or leave it. I told them to cancel my order. Until now its more than 2 weeks and no refund. Barakah is just telling different stories so that no refund can be made. Better to avoid using this app and especially ordering from Saadeddin.
