Park & Ride: Park your car and seamlessly continue to the public transport network using your darb card for a smooth and convenient journey.
Tickets: The app offers several time-based first class tickets for metro and regular class tickets for bus options: for 2-hour, 3-day, 7-day, and 30-day durations. You can buy your tickets and use QR code e-tickets directly on the bus or metro. Additionally, the app provides a feature to review purchase history and travel history.
My Account: The app enables you to manage your account information at any time. This includes making changes to the name, mobile number, date of birth, and gender.

Constructive feedback to take into consideration
I hope this feedback reach the development team..
The app design is simple and good, from functionality perspective it’s nice and easy to use. But it’s very buggy. Here are multiple things that should be fixed:
1. The app loading time is so slow. When i open it in the metro station sometimes i need to wait and stop walking or even miss the bus because of the loading time to get to the digital ticket.
2. Multiple technical errors shows in random times. Sometimes when i first open the app. Sometimes when im in my ticket’s tab and i try to view the ticket QR. ( ticket QR) have consistent error messages. I need to restart the app every single time )
3 while loading the map for the metro or the bus. It’s either very slow, or doesn’t load at all and i need to restart. Many times i restart but it keeps failing.
4. Multiple people told me they are struggling with the sign up and sign in. It’s very buggy.
5. In rush hours. The app gets slower and worse. The ticket doesn’t load. And sometimes it doesn’t even show in my tickets.
6. The QR was rejected multiple times at the entry or exit spots. I think it’s because the QR has a specific time limit for refresh. It becomes invalid but it doesn’t refresh.
Good start but needs improvement
The app is simple and effective. I love the design and user interface and how it easy it is to interact with. However, the actual routing algorithm needs to be updated and adaptive as sometimes it doesn’t yield the best results, it forgets to consider a few bus connections at times or which metro station would actually be more closer etc. Nonetheless a great start. If there was a way to keep track of darb card balance through the app and to top-up through the app that would be an amazing addition as well.
The map is not clear
It needs improvement of orientation and some places on the app’s map are not true please revise them, also it needs to be more dynamic, i need to know where i am and where is the nearest station.
Very important for someone who is new to riyadh and needs to get around using the bus, please consider this as it is so important and it would make people use it more often and achieve your goal (im assuming) to make people lives easier. Thank you.
