Mixed Experience with the Cleaning Service

I recently hired a cleaning service that sends two girls to my home, and I have to say my experience has been quite mixed. One of the cleaners is absolutely fantastic. She is diligent, thorough, and always completes her tasks efficiently. It’s clear that she takes pride in her work, and I appreciate the attention to detail she brings to every cleaning session.

However, the second cleaner has been a source of frustration. Unfortunately, she tends to be quite lazy and often does not complete her tasks in a timely manner. I’ve noticed that she rushes through her work, leaving certain areas neglected and not up to the standard I expect. This inconsistency has been a recurring issue, and it makes it difficult to fully enjoy the service.
It’s disappointing because I know the potential of what a great cleaning team can offer, but the lack of effort from one of the girls significantly detracts from the overall.
I hope that management addresses this issue so I can enjoy a consistently high-quality cleaning service in the future.

0 Star - extremely bad customer service

I requested 2 workers and the application accepted with no issues. On the day of the service where I had to leave my office to come to the house expecting the workers to arrive shortly they cancelled the service 😳 the reason is they don’t cover my area. I wasn’t informed ahead of time although I had a chat with an agent 3 days before the service appointment and i reconfirmed it, and she didn’t mention anything about cancellation. Today when the service was cancelled the chat agent had the guts to ask me to give her good rating for her customer service!!! Worst administration and customer service ever. Her name is Nesma and the other one is Nada. So unprofessional and no respect for people’s time. Actually the fact that they give TWO HOURS timeframe for the workers to arrive this tells how no respect for people’s time what so ever. Too too bad. I recommend using Raha much better, unfortunately i couldn’t find an appointment they are fully booked. And now I know why I found an appointment easily with Dari because of their bad service they are available.
The one star is only to be able to add a review. The deserve below zero star.
