My experience with them was great, I needed a car in Dubai and according to a lot of companies I couldn’t rent a car because I need to have Visa Card that I deleted long time ago. They rent me a car and brought it to my location and collected it also when I’m done from my location. Their process is very easy through their application. You find support team 7/24 either in WhatsApp or phone answering all your inquiries. The car is latest model and clean.

صراحة لو فيه اقل من نجمة حطيت ، مافي اي جدية بالموضوع عندهم استهتار وتعاون فاشل وكل واحد م يدري عن شغله حجزت النترا بأقرب فرع من بيتي بعدين بتصل لي الموظف ويقولي. موجودة بفرع ثاني قلت تمام ، ورجع اتصل وقال مهي موجودة فيه mg gt قلت تمام مو مشكلة رجع وقال مهي موجودة في gm zs قلت تمام ورسلني على الفرع الموجودة فيه واللي أكد لي فيه الحجز ورحت الفرع طلعت مهي موجوده ، بفرع ثاني يا حبيبي اش الخبص هذا اكون جاي من سفر ولا جاي من مكان ما اعرف فيه شيء ويصير فيني كذا قلة حياة

I rented a car with them in June for 1 month. They gave me the wrong car, and the car was not in a good condition: not cleaned and shakes when accelerates after 100km/hour. At the day of returning the car, no one came to pick it up; I had to leave the key with the reception of my hotel and travel back to my country. I kept emailing them everyday to go and pick the car, they did after 4 days of my departure. They charged me for those extra 4 days because they can; they have my credit card details. That was 2 months ago, and I just today received notifications on my crudity card to deduct money for fuel and salik. I returned the car full with fuel and I did not go under many salik points. They Still have my crisis card details and I don’t know what to do; I was avoiding calling my bank and stopping the card. This is a scam company.
