I want to share my experience with keeta. as i have placed an order by mistake to wrong address and before the delivery goes out i contact customer service. and i asked to change the wrong location to my actual location. and i was told to speak to the driver, and the driver declined the delivery!! then i contacted the customer service again and they said that they can’t do anything about it and the driver is the one to decide?

what happened after? they closed the chat on me and they joked about me calling higher authorities and they didn’t bring any manger to talk to and didn’t compensate for my loss

so basically, I opened keeta to order food but what i got is boiling blood and waste of time and money and food.

I don’t recommend keeta they have the worst services compared to other delivery applications.

I ordered from a store the delivery was so fast also the food came in good packaging but the issue was the order was totally wrong and when i sent them that the order is wrong they gave me my money immediately which is impossible in other apps
