I thought back up is the worst but I think Mobily Pay is the worst. I’ve been battling this situation from them to refund my reversal since August 31, but until then now they didn’t return I called several customer service agent, but they are not very helpful and even I’m opening two tickets already and they are closing and they’re telling me it’s so sold, but it’s not resolved, but it’s so difficult this situation with digital wallet is not really helpful for us when you’re purchasing online, but I’d rather use the bank itself Stc pay mobile pay. They are very useless and when they get your money and you cannot take the reverse it takes 10 days every call or every that you are communicating with this people, this is a curse. Don’t use digital wallet at all. Use your bank account for me. This is my last time when I get this money I have for me. I won’t close this app and I will not use it again. I will tell my friends and everybody I know that do not use Mobily Pay or any digital wallet because they are all useless at all. Send your money from your bank or use your bank account to help bank is legit digital money this is all useless. This is propaganda and it will take your money at all.

Unlock my account. It’s been six days now. I made deposit off 2500 and few minutes later my account got blocked, I called customer service and I was given an email to forward my complaint to which I did but up to now I haven’t gotten any response I kept calling and any agent who receives the call keep telling me different story so I decided to ask if they have any office around me but I was told they have none. I got surprised and I was like how can you run such a business without an office got me thinking of doing business with this company or whatever it is. I needed that to make transaction because it was urgent. And as I kept calling, I was told the reason why my account has been blocked is because someone tried to access my account from ghana which I don’t think that is the problem because I was actually sending the money to ghana. I don’t need to talk much or express my feelings over here. The only thing I want is for you tooresolve this issue as soon as possible I mean now like yesterday
