NaqelExpress 4+

I ordered from web which they used naqel to deliver my package thiss my first time dealing with them and its the worst delivery service i have ever tried so far i never wrote a review before only this app made me to , so they told me my order is out for delivery on 14th of dec the driver sent me hes coming on whatsapp then he called me for like 1 sec ? And i wasnt around to answer him after i checked it and asked when he can deliver it there was no response from him then 15 of dec came and the same thing happened, 16 came also the same thing after i had enough i called the company the guy who answered was nice and helpful and they finally sent me a delivery guy who asked me for my location just for him to ignore me too *btw he saw my message* and never delivered my package .. i really dont get it is it hard to deliver a package ?? Or is it hard to hire a better delivery guy? Like for real im mad and never in my life insisted on visiting a delivery company before to guide them and asked them to give me my package im taking it myself

I don’t know from where to start to be honest. From their poor quality of customer service or their delivery personnel that talk like they’re forced to work and very rude way in speaking with customers and how are they talking to me about something that’s not of their business or from their bad developed app that makes it harder to do something about my items that comes from them like scheduling pickup time, setting my address, etc. Me and one of my family members got like 5 or 6 items returned to the shipper because of lack of communication and sometimes delivery person don’t call, don’t say they are coming on way. They just come and say that they’re in the location and boom they’re gone after 5 minutes. I don’t recommend anyone to go with them to receive or deliver a package or any item at all.

I have items from online shop and I dont know why this Naqel needs to be the one who will deliver my items. This courier is the worst!!! They said that they were not able to deliver my item and that I dont respond to their calls where in fact I didnt receive even a single call from them. Ive been waiting for my package for like a weeks! The worst is I already paid for the items and I dont have any choice but to wait for this stupid delivery company to send my item. I was supposed to use the item I ordered for some occasions but because of this stupid Naqel i wasnt able to use what I ordered! My heart contains a lot of disappointment with them!! Up until now wallah I didn’t receive my package!!!
