Hit and miss
The app accuracy is really hit and miss. Which makes it unreliable for measuring anything. I like the idea however so maybe future versions can figure out a better way to calibrate it

Hi Mishal. For best accuracy do it like this: come close to the first point, set it, come close to second point and set and etc. It will be best accuracy. Thats because in near object camera focusing well, and easy to measure distance between point and camera. Just try it.
When object far and insufficient lighting, all that make inaccurate measurement.
Be sure if point on right place(you can check it if moving in space) Ruler measure very well.
