Stopped working

It stopped working. When it starts counting down the race, it says i lost or the race has ended right after it says “1, 2, 3�? and when i wanted to watch an ad to skip. It says theres no connection when i made sure multiple times that theres connection

It’s a very fun game but when I reached level 44 I lose as soon it says go I tried multiple times but it still not working. Please fix it
