Delivery problem
I have a problem with delivery times that are too long and the delivery drivers who never deliver on time. I always have to be contacted by at least four drivers for each order. Each one asks me for my location, and I send them the one I have saved in the app. The first one tells me he can't reach my location, the second one suggests I go to him (two days later), which I refuse. The third one stops responding altogether after receiving the location. Finally, a fourth one contacts me and delivers after I have repeatedly harassed customer service.

Hey, I have been exposed to an unenviable situation and this is the first time it has happened to me and I am shocked by what happened and I need help. I ordered an order that cost 865 Saudi riyals and we waited for a month and after a month they told me to show us your website and I showed them, and after a day the shipment came to the door and we took it and returned it because it was not ours!! Then we went to the place, which was in Dammam in Saudi Arabia, and then we took an order with our information written on it, and then we went to the house and opened it, and the same order as the first order came out, but we wrapped it again. We went to the place and told them, and then they said that we are not responsible for what happened. We put everything that comes from the factory in this place. The place, and then I told them, OK, since I cannot receive my order, I want my money, and they refused. I want a solution, please! Now the order that I don't have is with me and they obligated me to do so!!!!!
Best app ever!
I have seen many people saying that the order never comes on time and stuff, but this time, shein did absolutely amazing and they did nothing wrong at all! The delivery comes really early! They have the best items ever! Customer service is amazing!
But one thing I don’t like is that it says that my order will come in 2 weeks but it comes in one week. They have to fix the weeks and the date of the delivery. But overall it is the best app ever and I would definitely recommend u guys to download this app and start shopping from there!
Again, this is the best app ever! I love it so much I have placed the order from this app many times and they don’t make mistakes!
