THE OFFERS ARE SUCH A SCAM.

You can only order once and then the prices will go up insanely and the 80% or 70% or even the 90% coupons will be available ONLY for new users, so basically it’s useless to download the app unless you want to order once and never again.
I noticed that the prices are getting higher and higher what do yall think people are? We literally notice and this is a bad impression you only care about money!! Put on some decent prices and decent coupons and gain some loyal customers instead of money bleeding them�.

The Worst Shipping App

I placed my order on December 27, 2023 and delivery date was supposed to be on January 9, 2024 and since then I have not received my order. I ask them for a refund and they promised to refund me but until now they didn’t refund me and they never contacted me either. This is the worst shopping company with the worst history of bad reputation . There is no customer service and the people working on the so called ( Assistant ) are very lousy and dumbs and they don’t know anything. I hope Apple will kick them out from here and remove their application and I will do my best to report them to Saudi Ministry Of Commerce for their decisiveness and bad treatment of their customers . Please warn your friends not to buy from this cheating company and spread the word about their cheating in all social media. This company should be banned from working in Saudi Arabia.I contacted their customer service many times asking for a refund and they promised to refund me but nothing happen until now .

Cheating and don’t return my money!

This was the worst shopping experience of my life. I ordered a product that did not fit me, and I decided to return it. When I asked for a refund of the money I paid in cash, Trendyol said it was impossible. Instead, they offered to refund my money in the form of bonus points, which can only be used to pay for 25% of the product's price. This is completely unacceptable!I paid in cash and expected to get my money back the same way. However, Trendyol stated that they couldn't return my cash. I even offered to provide any bank accounts or card numbers for the refund, but that didn't help. This is outrageous and makes no sense!I've never encountered such terrible service before. Trendyol, you need to review your refund policy and start respecting your customers. I would not recommend anyone to use their services. This was the worst service I have ever experienced in my lifе!
