11. State Name Change: The number of free name changes during a President or Supreme President's term has increased from one to two.
12. Pack Content: The content of regular resource packs (City Lifeline Packs) will upgrade as the state progresses.
13. Territory: Introduced Alliance Bomb to clear free resource nodes, beasts, and Polar Terrors in the wilderness, making space for teleports.
14. Intel Feature: The Quick Battle feature in the exploration battle is now available for the "A Hero's Journey" intel missions.
15. Fortress Battle: Added new Fortress Battle Records. The registration page now displays the occupying alliance from the last event, and leaderboards are improved to show inactive members separately.
16. Alliance Showdown: The requirements for personal ranking rewards now include total alliance points. The alliance points record will now display opponents' points as well as members who have quit the alliance (shown with a special mark).
17. Speedups: Chiefs will now receive a two-step confirmation when using general speedups for building upgrades, tech research, troop training, or healing injured troops to prevent accidental use.
18. Mail System: Infirmary capacity notification mails now show the type and the number of deceased troops. When Alliance R4-5 members or rally captains expel squads from rallies, notification mails will be sent.
19. Chat System: Typed messages are now preserved after switching screens. World chat restrictions updated: States with a history of more than 15 days now need a Furnace level of 10 and above, while states with a history of more than 30 days now need a Furnace level of 15 and above to access world chat.
20. Daybreak Island: Added Timbermill, which can be used for free after removing all trees (Lumberjacks can process trees there for Life Essence). Accessory upgrades are now instant. Added 1 new decoration: Purple Fantasy, and introduced quality labels for all decorations.
21. Resource Items: Resource items have been added to the Fishing Tournament daily mission rewards and Hero Rally paid tiers. Daily bonuses for the Ultra Value Monthly Card, Fire Crystal Weekly Card, and Fire Crystal Shard Weekly Card will now include additional resources. Personal point rewards for the Castle Battle now feature resources, and Crazy Joe’s alliance ranking rewards have increased the number of resource items.
22. Pack Discount: Corrected the discount of Combat Medic's Remedy Pack sold during Foundry Battle, Castle Battle and State of Power. This will only adjust the discount and not the content.
23. Hero Ling Shuang Appearance Upgrade: Adjusted her appearance, name, skill names and story. Her hero skill effects remain unchanged.
