There is alot to say...
Asphalt 9 has great graphics, performance, cars, soundtracks, etc. However, the number of bad parts about this game is still overwhelming as compared to the game's superior graphics. Firstly, the physics of certain cars (Lamborghini Asterion, for example) are gamebreaking. They would flip out on their own, causing us to lose positions badly and end up ruining overall player experience. Secondly, the game is forcing numerous Free2Players to get stuck in a certain progress in the game as there are WAY too many paywalls. It would be more acceptable if the most recent Drive Syndicate Special Event had lesser paywalls, instead of having to force players into spending almost $200 or more due to the number of paywalls preventing all players from progressing. Because of the Drive Syndicate Event blocking me from accessing all the other missions, I lost interest in the game and stopped playing for almost a month already. Lastly, map development is absolutely horrible. There are many glitches that have caused players into a route that is not supposed to be travelled, making them come last in every race. Some shortcuts are even game breaking, allowing those coming last to enter first almost instantly due to a shortcut thats outside the map. The Asphalt 9 community is slowly losing interest and i have seen many quitting the game already. I hope all these will get fixed in the future! :)
Hackers report
There are hackers who hinder the process of progressing in the game, especially in Platinum League Multiplayer. The two whom I encountered most frequently are Joker™️ from Ravenwest, and Kilvar from a Russian racing club. I suggest that the game can be improved by putting an icon to report a player as a hacker, and then check up on their activity statuses, but I’ve also gathered that Gameloft does not really care nor notice this problem even if players have already criticised on it. Thank you anyway, because the game WILL die out in terms of hackers causing players in Platinum League to be unable to reach Legends; they’ll just give up. Hackers aren’t a part of the game obstacles, nor challenges you have to face. They just give us much trouble to surpass our limits. For the sake of the Asphalt gaming series, please ban them.
My review on Asphalt Legends Unite
Asphalt Legends Unite is a great game for me to play. Unfortunately, it is not available offline so I can’t keep myself entertained when there is no internet. Also, when I play, I realise that to get key cars, you need to star it up to max before you finally get a key. Can Asphalt Legends Unite at least make key cars easier for us to get? Also, I realise that credits cannot replenish tokens but tokens can replenish credits. I feel that the credits can also be used to buy clash credits and replenish tokens as I feel that tokens are “unsung heroes”. Besides, I think Asphalt Legends Unite can increase the “salary” of tokens to players, possibly even reaching the “salary” rate of the credits. Please take all my points into consideration and add these when you update Asphalt. Nevertheless, thank you so much Gameloft for making this game. I really enjoyed it other than the areas for improvement above. Oh, and one more thing, I think that Asphalt Legends Unite can turn down the speed of the robot police chasing all the players in Team Pursuit and career seasons that feature robot police chase because for some reason the police can catch us all the time. I personally experienced being caught by police and wrecking because the police got in my way. Please, Gameloft, just turn down the speed of the police to make the game easier for us, especially beginners, to play.
