Working as on iPhone but not on iPad mini

Had this for a while now on my iPhone.
And its really helpful. Sp I upgraded to pro.
Just got the new iPad mini but all the side buttons are not working.
Such as login/recycle bin/settings etc.
Tried reinstalling but still unable.
